This year Children’s Day celebration was started on 13th & 14th November. On this day teachers of Podar Jumbo Kids performed Puppet show at 01.00-01.30pm.The moral of the puppet show was to realise your mistake and not to repeat it again. They distributed gifts to all students. These gifts were specially selected and packed by their students. On 14th November Children’s Day was celebrated in the school premises between 01.30- 03.30 pm. The programme started with a dance performance by ABC Crew from sector-8B, CBD. Mr.Pawan Lakhani student of Vocational section gave information about Children’s Day. All students went to their respective groups along with teachers and volunteers. Activities such as Dance, Drama, Music,Games, visual art and Cooking was conducted. Students were sent to these different groups based on their interest which was indicated by them in advance.
Snacks and gifts were distributed to all students which was sponsored by Inner Wheel & Rotary Club of New Bombay Hillside and Amway India. All the students enjoyed the Children’s Day Program and participated with interest.
