June 2017 Birthday Celebration At School

The first birthday celebration of this academic year was held on 30^th June 2017. Sixteen birthdays of students and staff were celebrated in total.

Ms Smita Wagmare of Play group took the responsibility of organising this event. The preparations began from the 2^nd week of the month. Gifts were packed and students of play group made the greeting cards with the help of the class teacher.  Many parents contributed money for the celebration that will be used for other birthday celebrations. Mr Doshi sponsored the cake and burgers.

          

        Smita teacher gave information about this year’s theme “SAGAR” and the two states Assam and Gujarat. She interacted with all students by asking questions related to the theme and states. After cutting the cake all the students who celebrated their birthday in the month of June were presented with gifts and birthday cards by their respective classmates along with the birthday song sung by the Secondary students.

          After celebration all students danced on their favourite songs. At the end of the celebration the snacks was distributed to every class students and staff which was sponsored by Nikisha’s parents. With the team work of the staff all the students and staff enjoyed the birthday celebration.

          The purpose of the event was to give practical exposure to all the students for socialization. All the students enjoyed the event.
