Ms. Rupali Dhandore received the Best Special Educator award 2016-17 in a program organised by the Rotary Club of Parsik Hills and Social Welfare Department, Thane Jilla on Guru Purnima day. Three special educators from 25 special schools of Thane Jilla were selected for the award. Three Non teaching staff members also received awards. The event was presided over by the Rotary District Governor of Dist: 3142 Sri. Chandrasekhar Kolvekar, CEO of Thane Jilla Parishad Sri. Kishor Raje Nimbalkar, District Social Welfare Officer of Thane Jilla Sri. R.R.Patil, Assistant Governor of Dist : 3142 and the President of Rotary Club of Parsik Hills.The Principals of all the special schools of Thane District were also felicitated.
