Build To Last: A workshop for staff members by Tool Box

Build to Last- A workshop on goal setting for the staff members of the Orgnisation was conducted by SBP and  Tool Box. Mrs. Swati Mathur, Vice President HR, Edelweiss was the Resource Person at the Workshop. She motivated the staff members to list out the existing  values and strengths.The team members of each unit set goals for the Organisation based on their existing strengths and the strategies they would use to achieve the same within a set time frame.
