Workshop on Effective Communication

A Workshop on effective communication and Transition by Ms. Kala Sundarvedha (Special Education Consultant and Counsellor) was conducted by SBP for its staff members. It was an interactive session with all teachers sharing their valuable experience. Much light was thrown on preparing for Transition and the need for working out strategies for the same. The members were broken down to groups and  limitations and strengths of the current Transition methodology used in school were discussed. It ended with valuable suggestions for promoting change within the organisation.
