Camp at Kalyani Village

The students of SBP were taken to Kalyani Village, Vasai for a three day camp from 27th Dec. to 29th Dec,2011. 50 students along with the staff members attended the camp. Camps are organised to give an opportunity to students to stay away from and this also gives an opportunity to the teachers to assess their students on the level of personal independence.

On all the three days variety of fun activities are planned by the teachers. some of the activities include water play, rain dance, dip in the pool, playing games in the garden, camp fire, indoor games and so on..
On the second day the students also visited Vajreshwari temple and dipped theri feet in the hot springs.

They also visited a village named which won a President's award "Adarsh Village" for its cleanliness and discipline. It was a unique experience to see such a clean village. the people in the village did not need police station as there were no cases of theft or mis conduct. The head of the village addressed the students and gave them valuable advice. The most enjoyable experience for the students was when a camp fire was organised. The students sang and danced with fun.

The students were unwilling to leave on the third day and infact some students started crying as they did not want the camp to end...
