On
17th January 2019 Inner Wheel Clubs of Zone 4, Dist 314 organized 9th Little
Champs dance competition for Intellectually Disabled children. Competition was
held in SNDT Kanya Shala Auditorium, Ghatkopar (W).
The
competition was open for children from 5 to 17 years of age and it was
categorized as Folk, Bollywood and Patriotic dance (solo).12 schools participated
in this competition which were from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Raigad district.
This
year from Secondary class 11 students participated in the competition and
performed group dance on Bollywood song ‘Mai
Teri Chunriya’ and won third prize .The students areAashika, Dikshita, Kimya,
Neeyti, Prachi, Guunit, Saumaya, Harsh, Madhur, Ayush.
