Dance competition

On 27^th January 2019 (Sunday) Lions Club of North Bombay organized 30th Annual Talent Contest for Differently-ABLED & Destitute Children. Final performance was held at Vissanji Academy, Opp. Chinai College, DR. Radhakrishnan Marg, Andheri (E), Mumbai between 09.30-05.00 pm. The students were accompanied by Mrs. Grace Rekha Simoes and Mrs.Maya Kolhe.

              The competition was open for all children and it was categorized as Group Dance, Solo Dance, Group singing and solo singing.46 Institutions participated in this competition which were from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai.Vocational class students (Disha, Apeksha, Tanvi, Mehendra, Gandhar, Suraj, Pranoy and Pratik)participated in the group dance and performed on the song ‘Namo Namo Namaste’ and won second prize.Our student Ms. Apeksha also participated in solo song ‘Aati Rehegi Baharen’.               

All other school members expressed their appreciation towards our costume, Makeup and performance. All the participants, two teachers, driver and school Principal were presented with a memento.
