Staff empowerment

Staff members of SBP are empowered on and off with workshops and experience sharing sessions by experts in the feild of Special Education. On 28th August Mrs. Josephine Gala shared her experience of working in the UK in an inclusive set up. She spoke about her 26 year old son who is diagnosed with Fragile X and ADHD and presently working as an assistant coach in UK. She spoke about the challenges faced by her.
On 29th August Mr. Ravi Prakash Singh Lecturer at NIEPID, RC Navi Mumbai spoke about Universal Design of Learning. The staff members gained knowledge of UDL through hands on practical activity.
