Parents Day- 26th July

SBP celebrated Parents Day and Grandparents Day on 26^th July 2014. 70 parents and 10 grandparents from all the three units of SBP attended the program.  This is the fourth consecutive year the program is being organized for parents. The event is a stress buster for parents who are unable to give time to themselves. This gives them an opportunity to have fun, play ,sing and dance forgetting all their problems and challenges. A day filled with fun and frolic. The day began with a welcome speech by the Principal followed by Dumb charade game.When the Parents were having fun at Kairali hall their children were being taken care of by the teachers at School. The teachers of the School coordinated and planned innovative group games for the parents Day. This year there were games like..Snatch the partner, passing the ball, treasure hunt, collecting bangles and Raffle draw etc. Special games were organized for the grandparents too. The games came to an end with a round of antakshari where picture cards were given and a song with the name of the object in the picture had to be sung by the two groups. Parents expressed their happiness at the end of the day. With a Thank you note by Mrs. Shirish Poojary the fun filled came to an end.
