The 24th Annual exhibition cum sale of articles
made by the students of Falguni vaocational unit of SBP was organized on 11th
of October in the school premises. Diyas, candles, lanterns, gift articles,
chocolates, bags, aprons, jewelry items, torans and plants were put up for
sale. The members of the self help group Swayam also had a stall of spices and
different types of flour. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Thankam Ghule,
Principal of Maharshi Dayanand College, Parel along with the Trustees of the
Organisation. All the stalls were
beautifully laid out by the students and staff members of SBP. The sale was a
huge success with 80% of the goods getting sold out during the day.
Stalls were also put up at corporates like Albatross
shipping Corporation and Vodafone Orange office.
